Do our guests need filming experience?
No. Instructions come with the cameras, so your guests can get started without technical experience. Pick a few willing friends, pass the cameras around and let the moments happen.
How long do we have the cameras?
Both packages include four days of hire. Your exact delivery and return dates are confirmed when you book, so check these against your wedding plans.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Standard packages include delivery and prepaid return postage. Send the equipment back using the supplied return method when your agreed hire period ends.
What do we receive afterwards?
Both packages include the unedited footage as a digital download. The Highlights also includes a 2–3 minute edited film. We’ll confirm the delivery timeframe after the cameras are returned.
Can this work alongside a videographer?
Yes. Guest filming brings a personal, behind-the-scenes perspective. If you want guaranteed coverage of your ceremony or speeches, arrange that separately: what’s captured here depends on your guests.
How do deposits and cancellations work?
A 50% booking deposit is required. The current terms describe this as non-refundable and set out cancellation and date-change conditions. Read the full terms before paying; your confirmation sets out when the balance is due.
What if a camera is damaged or lost?
You’re responsible for the equipment during the hire. Repair or replacement charges may apply, and a separate security deposit may be requested. Please read the hire terms for the details.
